Membership Terms & Conditions Nature of Services You acknowledge and agree that this membership, including all group sessions, discussions, recordings, and materials, does not constitute licensed therapy, medical treatment, mental health counseling, or professional healthcare services. The facilitator(s) are not acting as licensed therapists, psychologists, medical providers, or clinicians. All content shared is for educational and informational purposes only. You understand that any actions taken based on information learned or discussed within the membership are done voluntarily and at your own discretion and risk. Recording & Media Release You acknowledge and agree that all sessions may be recorded. By participating, you grant permission for your voice, image, likeness, and any contributions made during sessions to be used solely for the purposes of marketing, promotion, and advertising of the service. Recordings will not be used for unrelated commercial purposes. Assumption of Risk & Liability Release By participating, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and outcomes. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the facilitator(s), organizers, affiliates, and platform providers from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your participation or the application of information shared within the membership. Community Conduct Members are expected to maintain respectful, professional, and appropriate conduct at all times. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: harassment of facilitators or members, disruptive behavior, sexual misconduct, or violations of community guidelines. Membership Termination The facilitator and/or organization reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership and revoke access at any time, with or without notice, including for violations of these terms or community standards. Termination does not entitle the member to a refund. Agreement By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
