Jazmin Porter is a certified yoga instructor, retreat host, wellness entrepreneur, and mindfulness guide. Her work is rooted in building community, supporting collective healing, and helping people live with greater intention and self-awareness.

With a background in Psychology from the University of North Texas, Jazmin takes a holistic and practical approach to wellness—integrating movement, mindfulness, and nervous system support into everything she offers.

 

She teaches vinyasa, power, and restorative yoga, and facilitates private sessions, group classes, corporate workshops, retreats, sound therapy, guided meditation, and mindfulness coaching. Her goal is to help individuals and organizations develop sustainable practices that support mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Jazmin’s path into wellness grew out of personal transformation and a commitment to conscious living.

 

Rather than following a single method, she encourages personalized practices that honor where people are and what they need. Her teaching philosophy is simple: remain a student, lead with integrity, and create spaces where people feel supported, capable, and connected.

In addition to her direct work, Jazmin leads a community of yoga entrepreneurs, supporting practitioners in building aligned, sustainable businesses while doing the deeper work of healing and service in the world.

She is also the founder and owner of We Create The Peace, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on connecting youth and police officers through wellness education, open dialogue, and mindfulness-based programs to support a more cohesive and compassionate society.

Jazmin has collaborated with schools, public institutions, wellness and athletic brands, and community organizations through community initiatives and partnerships. She continues her education through mentorship, continuing education, self-study, and lived experience, believing that meaningful leadership begins with humility and ongoing growth.
