Begin your morning with a Vinyasa practice to open up the body, mind, and soul. After a nourishing breakfast, you’ll be chauffeured to a private Catamaran (sailboat snorkel tour) to experience sea life. Later, dive deep into a journal workshop and group Soul Coaching circle. End your evening with personal time after a decadent dinner.

Inspired by the ancient Indian practice of Vipassana, noble silence is introduced for the day. Traditionally, Vipassana is an opportunity to observe one's thoughts without judgment, training themselves to find emotional balance and equanimity. Thoughts are the source of suffering for so many, unnecessarily and usually unwantedly. Whether it’s healing trauma, taking things personally, romantic challenges, unhealthy self-talk, or any other mental processes, you can learn to observe your mind. Evolve in your meditation practice, connect with your retreat-mates, and lean into changing the way you experience the rest of your life. The day will be infused with mindful exercises, engaging activities, decadent meals, and intentional time to work through what comes up.

Begin the day with light movement, and noble silence reflection over breakfast. Prepare to explore one of Tulum’s natural Mayan attractions; a gorgeous open-air cenote. Close the evening with a home spa experience featuring a Swedish massage provided by local professionals.

Experience Tulum’s wellness community at a private beach club on the ocean. This beach club offers a local artisan market, acoustic music, fire ceremonies, volleyball, daybeds, and a gorgeous sunset view. Spend the day doing whatever feels good, even if that’s nothing at all!

Rise early to share your final meal with your retreat-mates, and attend your private closing ceremony and testimonial filming with Jaz. Private group transportation will escort you to the airport.
